Fantastische ervaring: Fantastische tandartspraktijk! Ik kom er al jaren, zelfs nog voordat ze naar de Westerstraat zijn verhuisd en nog met z'n tweeën waren. Zijn erg modern en werken met de nieuwste technieken. Een dikke aanrader voor als je een goede praktijk zoekt in Amsterdam.

Negatieve ervaring: Let op: op de website staat dat deze tandarts kindertandarts is en dat er zelfs een docent kindertandheelkunde werkt. Echter, tijdens mijn afspraak werden beide punten ontkend. Mijn dochter moest uiteindelijk worden doorverwezen naar een daadwerkelijke kindertandarts. Ik had hier graag vooraf over geïnformeerd willen worden.

Negatieve ervaring: Worst dental experience of my life: My lawyer is taking legal action against the clinic and I had to file a complaint with the police against the clinic for harassment. My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. An operation on my front tooth was performed incorrectly, leaving me with a loose tooth for an extended period. This wasn’t just my opinion —a legal medical assessment confirmed negligence/fault in the procedure. Despite this, the clinic refused to take responsibility. They claim the doctor was “independent” and told me to sue his insurance instead—completely disregarding their duty of care. To make matters worse, they forced me to pay for a second operation, which also needed repairing (additional treatment); The tooth piece has now fallen off, and the area was still unstable. Rather than helping or showing any concern, the clinic ignored my emails and sent emails threatening me with fines, continuing to deflect blame. It’s been deeply upsetting and insulting. Provided that will get to court (most likely it will, due to the refusal of the clinic to assume responsibility), I will include results of the legal procedures. I Avoid this place at all costs (if I knew it would be like this). Lastly, do not believe the answers the clinic gives to the bad comments here. It is mainly for show. Please do not get fooled by that. They have made my life a nightmare full of pain and repetitive procedures- be smart - read the reviews before coming to this clinic (I’m now with stitches in my mouth - again - after doing the surgery with another doctor)

Fantastische ervaring: With gratitude to Ektor Petras (implantologist) and Timea Kern for a super job. I had to do a difficult front tooth implant and I was very worried about the procedure. Ektor patiently explained me every step of the way and when a problem with the crown happened in the last min, Timea went the extra mile to ensure I had the replacement done on time. Fantastische ervaring: Ben al jaren tevreden klant. Ze zijn erg deskundig en klantvriendelijk. Fijne sfeer in de praktijk, waardoor ook mijn kinderen van 9 en 11 jaar zich op hun gemak voelen.

Negatieve ervaring: Zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving wordt een afspraak geannuleerd, wat pas bij aankomst aan het licht komt. Vervolgens ontvang ik een factuur voor een volledige consultatie, inclusief een betalingslink via een externe partij die extra kosten rekent voor ‘administratieve verwerking’. Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de klantgerichte aanpak. UPD Het is opmerkelijk dat u na meer dan een jaar besluit te reageren, maar de inhoud van uw reactie is helaas feitelijk onjuist en verdraait de gang van zaken volledig. Ten eerste heb ik geen enkele notificatie of annulering gemist. Ik heb ruim een half uur bij uw receptie moeten discussiëren en samen met uw medewerkers mijn e-mails moeten controleren om te bewijzen dat de afspraak gewoon stond. Pas na dit lange getouwtrek kreeg ik een "consult" dat nog geen vijf minuten duurde. Ten tweede klopt uw weergave van de behandeling niet. De kroon is destijds niet vastgezet; de tandarts beweerde dat dit onmogelijk was en stelde direct een kostbaar implantaat voor. De volgende dag is diezelfde kroon door een andere tandarts in Amsterdam zonder problemen vastgezet. De consultkosten (C003) waren dus voor een onjuist advies. Wat betreft de betaling: er is mij in de praktijk nooit aangeboden om direct te pinnen. De extra kosten waar ik naar verwijs zijn de standaard ‘administratiekosten’ van het factoringbedrijf voor het verwerken van de nota, niet boetes voor te late betaling. Ik heb de factuur nog en kan dit eenvoudig aantonen. Het is spijtig dat u niet alleen slechte service verleent, maar nu ook de feiten verdraait om uw eigen fouten te maskeren. Dit getuigt van een totaal gebrek aan integriteit en klantgerichtheid.

Fantastische ervaring: Sonia is een hele kundige en fijne tandarts! Ook de assistente is een fijne dame, ze gebruiken hele moderne technieken en voel me in goede handen daar.

All of my appointments were on time. Marit took real good care of me and I always felt safe, pain free and relieved at the end. In Amsterdam this is the only place I'd go for dental practice.

Negatieve ervaring: Had an appointment with the periodontist. He hit a nerve in my jaw and I flinched my head away. He yelled at me for moving my head. I told him that's not how pain works. He put the probe back in my mouth and purposely hit the same spot. I got up and left the office. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with one of the male dentists there. They both were entirely unprofessional. Every experience I've had with a female dentist there, there were no problems.

Negatieve ervaring: Let op: zoals andere reviews ook verklaren, de mondhygiëniste rekent teveel kosten voor een behandeling. Ik heb de tijd in de gaten gehouden en ze rekenen 24 minuten behandeltijd naar 30 minuten. Let aub op, neem een geluidsopname op en dien vooral een klacht in (bij de klachtencommissie) als er meer tijd is verrekend!

Negatieve ervaring: I have been patient at this clinic since 2021 but visited this place only twice - first time for general assessment, second time for dental hygiene. I have purchased additional dental hygiene in my healthcare insurance and have been paying substantial amount yearly just to get this procedure done (over 100 eur per year just to have hygiene for “free”). Finally got it done in 2021, in my opinion procedure was not very pleasant, hygienist was pretty harsh and it took less than 30min (in my country it takes at least 1hour), my mouth didn’t feel clean at all but I’m not a professional so will not judge this (after getting it assessed by Lithuanian dentist she confirmed job was done well, so it’s just my own experience). Couple months later I receive invoice for 16 eur! Took a while to find out why I was charged extra - insurance provider was surprised too. After calling dental clinic I was told that dentist took 28 min and my insurance covers 25 min. Of course it’s a small amount but I find this unfair and something you can inform patients upon arrival - next time I could me less nice to a dentist so she can get her work done on time. Needless to say I got rid of supplementary insurance and never came back to them. Maybe I will as I still need to get my teeth cleaned but encourage everyone to be sharp with their billing, ask what you are getting what is standard rates and don’t be too nice for staff otherwise they will charge extra.

I have been charged every couple of times about 160 euros on charges for appointments I did not consent to or make ?!! apparently even when I have not been living in the Netherlands since January 2019!! I had to pay via a company used to charge me and now 2023 I get an other charge again starting at 20 and now 60 for what ??? even back then, I called to complain and they apologised said they would fix the issue they never did!!! this is insane !!!!!! I will not pay appointments I do not go to or did not even arrange such appointment ?!!! Unbelievable people I am very very angry of having to deal with these people ! I never had any of this trouble with any other dentist office in the Netherlands !!!!! ON TOP PF ALL I WAS TALKED DOWN TO as if I am in the wrong.! this is outrageous and flat out BAD BEHAVIOUR . Fantastische ervaring: Fijne praktijk! Ik kon hier snel terecht nadat ik had aangegeven te twijfelen over mijn vorige tandarts. Heel fijn geholpen door de tandarts hier (Tess). Ik heb me meteen ingeschreven en daarmee m’n nieuwe tandartspraktijk gevonden.

Positieve ervaring: all is good except of sticking to their timetable. I have regular check ups and teeth cleanings. there was no single time they took me in on the actual appointment time. expect min 10-15 mins of waiting time. thankfully waiting area is nice. today my appointment was on 14.10 and i’m still waiting at the lobby for 30mins. here’s the thing, receptionist marked me as late, when i was already sitting there. and when i reminded them that i’m waiting since 10 mins, they registered me at this time. last time i checked, it’s the main role of receptionist to keep track of who’s entering and who’s waiting and who has appointment that time. it’s so unprofessional to hear that 1. they don’t checkin with you 2.shes talking to someone else so as common sense i waited their talk to enter, but she sees i’m here, so maybe if she’d ask if any of the 3 people waiting is named “betul” then she’d know i’m there. it’s impressive how simple tasks can turn into total waste of time. very upset because it’s also not the first time.Its also weird that the moment i said to her i’m waiting since 10 mins was the moment she registered it as i am late in the system. so it’s even worse because she knew she was mistaken. so yes please improve your system dear dentist clinic. i realized i mentioned she a lot but previous times when this happened it wasn’t the same person.

Negatieve ervaring: Bij binnenkomst werd ik begroet door een jonge dame achter de balie, met kort haar. Helaas merkte ik al snel dat zij druk bezig was met roddelen over een zekere Maayke. Dit wekte meteen een negatieve indruk. Bovendien zag ik haar ook nog voor de balie haar maaltijd eten, wat ik als ongepast beschouw in een professionele omgeving. Op weg naar de behandelkamer kwam ik op de gang een muis tegen. Hoewel ik het bijna niet kon geloven, ben ik er zeker van dat het geen verbeelding was. Wat me nog meer verontrustte, was dat de medewerker het negeerde en deed alsof er niets aan de hand was. Dit gaf me de indruk dat het hebben van muizen als huisdieren in de praktijk hier als normaal werd beschouwd. Ik besloot dit voorval aan te kaarten bij de vrouwelijke tandarts die mijn controle zou uitvoeren. Haar reactie was echter teleurstellend. Ze lachte het weg, alsof het geen ernstige kwestie was. Hierdoor werd mijn wantrouwen tegenover de hygiëne en professionaliteit van de praktijk alleen maar versterkt. Kortom, ik heb een zeer onhygiënische en onprofessionele ervaring gehad in deze praktijk. Ik raad het ten zeerste af om hier gebruik van te maken.

Negatieve ervaring: Let op: rekenen structureel te veel tijd. Ik was voor een korte afspraak bij de mondhygiënist – in totaal 18 minuten binnen (aankomst en vertrek met printscreens vastgelegd). Toch werd er 35 à 40 minuten in rekening gebracht, plus €17,50 extra voor ‘uitleg’. Na veel gedoe bij de balie is dit uiteindelijk aangepast naar 20 minuten, wat nog steeds het maximaal haalbare leek, terwijl ik bewijs had van de werkelijke tijd. Tip: Houd zelf goed bij hoe lang je binnen bent, want zonder op te letten betaal je onterecht voor extra tijd. Dit voelt voor mij als oneerlijk en misleidend. Ik kom hier niet meer terug.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom hier al jaren naar volle tevredenheid en wordt altijd erg prettig en goed geholpen. Door TandartsJordaan ga ik weer met plezier naar de tandarts en heb ik al jaren geen problemen meer met mijn gebit. Een aanrader!

Negatieve ervaring: Ik ben voorheen altijd tevreden geweest over Tandarts Jordaan maar de laatste tijd is mijn ervaring niet meer zo positief. Het is erg lastig om afspraken te maken bij een vaste tandarts en er zijn te weinig mondhygiënisten. Daarnaast moest ik laatst door uitloop 25 minuten wachten voordat mijn afspraak van start ging. Bij aankomst gaf de tandarts aan dat zij koorts had en daardoor trager werkt dan gewoonlijk. Klinkt niet heel professioneel en ik overweeg hierdoor om over te stappen.

Negatieve ervaring: I flew to this country to go to the dentist, I booked my appointment well in advance. This awful dentist decided to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours in advance. They cancelled my appointment via email, no phone call attempted. I wasted money flying here, and on an uber to the clinic. They couldn’t not give me a replacement appointment and wouldn’t fit me in that day or in the time I am here. Thanks so much for wasting my money and time.

Fantastische ervaring: Altijd al zeer tevreden over deze praktijk en de tandartsen. Kon nu, met spoed, geholpen worden door Nina Nijland. Wat een prettige en deskundige paradontoloog, heeft mij in twee afspraken van m’n klachten geholpen. Werd dag erna door de assistenten gebeld of alles oké was. Top!

Fantastische ervaring: After many years of being scared and neglecting my teeth this dentist place in the Jordaan saved me. The staff is very friendly, the dentists seem very professional and the place feels very hygienic. In special ive got to thank L. Bennis for making me feel comfortable, conscious about my teeth's health, cleaning them well and most important he took away my fear for the dentist. Now everytime I have to go im calm, not scared at all but actually relaxed. Thank you guys for a healthy mouth and good teeth's.

She informed me one of my teeth is cavity due to the color but i doubt this is wrong as i have been having this teeth such long time and go check up time to time. I asked 2 different dentist and they said this is not a cavity. I won't come back as i felt this dentist don't have enough knowledge

Negatieve ervaring: I called because the website said they handle emergencies, but the woman who answered told me the website was wrong and that they aren't an emergency dentist. It seemed like she just wanted me to hang up, so she told me I already had an appointment for the 18th. When I asked under what name, she gave me a random one. I then pointed out that she hadn't even asked for my name. What terrible service!

Negatieve ervaring: Het is helaas niet meer de oude praktijk. De beste tijd heeft het naar mijn mening hier gehad. Afdeling administratie is heel onduidelijk, onoverzichtelijk en brutaal.

Negatieve ervaring: Hele slechte ervaring gehad met deze tandarts. Heb een aanvullende verzekering voor de tandarts maar word niet vergoed, omdat deze tandarts controle en intake met andere codes in het zorgsysteem zetten en je zo meer laten betalen. Heb bij de intake 1 minuut in hun stoel gelegen en mocht toen weer gaan omdat er niets aan de hand. Vind ze alles behalve transparant en ga hier zeker niet meer terug komen.

Negatieve ervaring: My daughter had an absolutely terrible experience at this dentist during her last treatment. The previous visits were not particularly good either, but also not too bad. However, following an appointment for two fillings, she experienced incredible pain, and the gum area around one of the fillings was purple with bruising and swollen. We had to call the next day for emergency care. A different dentist at this clinic saw her, and told her the filling that was causing the most pain was way too big, obviously so, and shaved it down. However, after this, my daughter's pain increased, and also began around the other filling. She woke up unable to talk, could not eat, or close her mouth without pain. She again had to return for emergency treatment, where a different dentist at the clinic also remarked at how the fillings were much too large, and tried to fix both of them. My daughter is still in terrible constant pain, almost a week after the initial treatment. I am so upset that the treatment was done so badly as to cause her this much distress and agony. Three visits to this clinic, and three different dentists, for simple fillings, and still she cannot eat properly. I can only pray the pain subsides soon. I do not recommend this dental clinic.

Negatieve ervaring: I have been coming to the clinic for a few years and never agreed that I need to see a dentist to get cleaning done but accepted because I thought it’s normal practice in Netherlands and because it’s one of the closest to my house with higher ratings I kept on going. About 4 weeks ago I started experiencing pain on my front tooth and bleeding. I went to the dentist to check it out to which she told me after X-rays “I think it’s fractured, I’m not sure” she proceeded to put a splint on my tooth instead of first treating what looked like a gum infection first. The dentist put the splint as I requested on the back but left the wire loose and excess glue that was ripping my lips. I returned the next day to have it fixed and left for vacation. The splint came off 3 days into my vacation. The tooth was loose for 10 days. I returned to Amsterdam and another dentist placed a new splint. I told the dentist I wasn’t happy about the treatment via email. When I came back to remove the splint the first dentist was extremely aggressive and unprofessional refusing to remove the splint saying she didn’t like my email? I tried to explain how conscious I am with my teeth and that I’ve had bad experiences and she just smiled a fake smile not taking me seriously. I asked for another dentist since she didn’t want to do it. She Refused to call in another colleague and tried to waste my time after I left the office in Utrecht for the appointment in the middle of the afternoon to be there. After basically negotiating to get it removed which I was extremely nervous about, instead of her calming me down she kept on bullying me by using force to remove the glue from my teeth. I’ve never felt so mistreated by health professional in my life. My tooth was left crooked and with a gap in the middle that wasn’t there before the splint. In the end, I feel I got played and seeing all the reviews here and what happened to me it’s pretty obvious the clinic is in it for the money. My tooth wasn’t even fractured in the end. I just went through a very traumatic experience which I’ll probably still have to pay a large bill for nothing.

Negatieve ervaring: Begon leuk, 16 jaar geleden in een lief klein praktijkje in de Jordaan. Nu 16 jaar later helemaal klaar met deze praktijk: zeer slecht (niet) bereikbaar, lukt nooit (meer) om op korte termijn een afspraak te maken, veel te weinig mondhygiënisten. Deze praktijk is z’n eerste succes ontstegen met een gelikte buitenkant maar zeer matige organisatie. Jammer.

Fantastische ervaring: I was very happily surprised with the best welcome at reception, the waiting room is very nice with pretty art on the walls, the waiting time was very short, the assistant was very friendly and the dentist was so sweet, explaining everything all the time, saying sorry for little things. And the next day I was called at home to know how I felt! I'm very happy with this care!

Update: as long as I can remember I had white spots on my teeth. One of the dentist was to first to say that it could be removed and did so successfully. I am very grateful for that.

Negatieve ervaring: In eerste instantie had ik goede reviews gelezen over Tandarts Jordaan. Echter, toen ik met verschillende punten naar de tandarts ging, leek er bij binnenkomst eigenlijk geen tijd te zijn. Ik kreeg het gevoel dat de tandarts haastig was en snel naar de volgende patiënt wilde. Scherpe dingen in mijn mond wat gewoon pijn deed. Er was nauwelijks aandacht voor mijn verhaal en mijn klachten. Ik voelde me al snel behandeld als een nummer. Hoewel ik deze klacht later telefonisch besprak, kwam de tandarts er zelf ook niet op terug, pas nadat ik er zelf over begon. Onprofessioneel. Inmiddels ben ik overgestapt naar een andere tandarts, ik zou tandarts jordaan niet aanraden!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik woon al 8 jaar in Amsterdam maar was nog steeds bij mijn tandarts in brabant waar ik vandaan kom. Door omstandigheden was ik genoodzaakt om een andere tandarts te nemen en besloot naar tandarts Jordaan te gaan . Ik werd erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptionistes en de tandarts stelde me ook gerust , nam alle tijd en legde alles goed uit . Al mijn twijfels waren ineens voorbij Dank je wel . Hoop dat het zo blijft

Negatieve ervaring: Twintig minuten in de wacht gehangen om vervolgens een chagrijnige & arrogante telefoniste aan de lijn te krijgen. Ik ben niet de eerste, aan de vorige reviews te zien. Wat is hier in twee jaar tijd gebeurd? Dit was altijd een high-quality tandartspraktijk. Daar lijkt helaas niets van over te zijn.

Fantastische ervaring: Had quite a lot of work done here over 5 months by Victoria. She has been really good. Explained me clearly from day 1 what needs to be done. Informed me at every step of every appointment. Never had a single pain/discomfort during or after fillings or re-root canal. Similarly the assistants were always professionals. Only negative side is they are super busy and it’s impossible to find early appointments. Had to wait around 3-5 weeks inbetween appointments. Negatieve ervaring: I’ve been at Tandarts Jordaan for about 7 years, however, in recent years they’ve started taking on way more patients than they have resources for. This means waiting on the phone for ages to get through to them to book an appointment and once you do you have long waiting times to see the dental hygienist, with nearest appointments being half a year away. This is not on for clients such as myself who really suffer from gum disease and ultimately should be able to get a cleaning every 3 months. Apart from that, as they’re taking on too many clients they’ve stopped sending clients booking links every few months to remind them to book a check-up, which also can have serious implications for certain clients. While this is of course down to the client to remember, it was a nice way to showcase the practice cares for and recognises their clients, giving them the attention they require. But the overall feeling these days is that this practice is solely in it for the money and not the the best interest of the client. I’ll be moving practice. Really disappointed.

Initially, I went there to discuss about Invisalign and they told me their specialised doctor is leaving now and they can't do it, but in any case they would have to check me and refer me to an orthodontist (still not sure if that's true). So, they tried to sell to me all of their services available. I accepted to do a cleaning of my teeth (which was super expensive btw!). I did the cleaning and after a few days my mouth got swallen to the point I couldn't chew. I went back there and they told me I have tonsilitis. Then I visited an otolaryngologist and he told me that is definitely not tonsilitis and that might be caused from a mouth infection! My recommendation to them is to reconsider their career and stop touching people's mouths!

Negatieve ervaring: Vandaag eerste en tevens laatste contact gehad met Laslo Bennis, wat een vreselijke arrogante man is dit. Zonder ook maar iets van interesse te tonen of te luisteren (zeker bij een eerste afspraak) maakt deze man z’n eigen verhaal en komt meteen met de duurste oplossing (offerte) voor mijn “probleem” zonder enige vorm van overleg. Ik zou echt iedereen te strengste afraden bij deze man naar binnen te stappen….ik ga op zoek naar een tandarts die wel oog heeft voor de patiënt en niet alleen voor zijn portemonnee…….

Negatieve ervaring: They are scamming patients. I was there 2 months for an intake and due that there was nothing they could do for me, I was in and out in 2 minutes. The dentist said I didn’t need to pay anything as they didn’t perform any inspection and once I left I double checked in the reception to see if I had to pay anything as I don’t have dental insurance. She reassured me that no payment was needed. A month ago, I received an invoice that I had to pay an amount, so I call them and sent an email asking for an explanation. First they answered by email saying there was a mistake and I did not have to pay and then 2 days later they called me and said I needed to pay. Thus, I would not recommend as they are not transparent with patients and upfront. I did not mind paying for the invoice but this miscommunication is ridiculous for a clinic. Moreover, they don’t have hygienists availability until 6 months later for an appointment which is also so unprofessional. Definitely never had such a bad service

Negatieve ervaring: Vorig jaar werd er meer tijd in rekening gebracht door de mondhygiëniste, ik heb dit toen aangegeven en het is netjes opgelost, ze kwamen hier eerlijk voor uit. In April van dit jaar is er wederom hetzelfde kunstje geflikt, ik kwam hier pas later achter toen ik ineens een hogere rekening kreeg dan verwacht. Echter heeft de mondhygiëniste in kwestie geregistreerd dat ze op tijd begon met de behandeling terwijl dit 10 min later was i.v.m. dat ze uitliep. Ik liep op de geplande eindtijd de deur uit, dit was niet 10 min later. Het gaat mij niet om die 10 min, maar om de transparantie en eerlijkheid van een zorgverlener. Zoals ook al in andere reviews staat doen ze hier van alles om maar extra kosten in rekening te kunnen brengen. Ik kom hier niet meer en wil andere mensen behoeden voor deze oplichtingspraktijken. Het is opmerkelijk dat zich 2 keer dezelfde situatie voordoet, blijkbaar is dit hoe ze te werk gaan dus wees hier scherp op. Controleer altijd de behandeltijd/codes die in rekening worden gebracht!

Negatieve ervaring: Dental service is great. However, the practice cannot communicate. I had to miss a couple of appointments due to having corona virus and burn out related anxiety. Protecting their staff or because I was physically unable to attend due to bigger life problems I cancelled, but outside of the 48 hour policy there is a fee which I was happy to pay… but they don’t let you know or let you pay. You then get threatening letters from NetPoint who don’t detail information or dates, they don’t email or phone. They then build up charges you are unaware of and pass you onto third parties. No emails. No phone calls. No letters to current addresses. I’d basically just alert anyone who is an expat and moves around that Tandaarts Jordaan are snakes who can’t communicate. Excellent dentists, awful administration team. I hate posting one of ‘these’ reviews but several times Tandaarts Jordaan have really really let me down with their communication and aggression.

Negatieve ervaring: Wat een ongelooflijk slechte organisatie, ik ben zeer ontevreden en besluit daarom ook weg te gaan als patiënt van deze praktijk. Het is dat ik een gezond gebit heb en niet veel nodig heb of vraag maar wat een ontiegelijke slechte service en beleid hier. De keren dat ik ben geweest in ieder geval altijd bij iemand anders, een keer bij een mondhygiëniste die wat mij betreft nog even verder moest studeren. Vaak gebeld voor een afspraak waarop werd gezegd dat degene die hierover gaat niet aanwezig en dat ik terug zou worden gebeld, nooit gebeurd, toch zelf weer achteraan, eerst volgende afspraak over 7 maanden?? Maar als je een keer niet 48 uur van tevoren afzegt maar 46 uur door omstandigheden gelijk volle mep in rekening. Geen menselijk of persoonlijke touch, soort fabriek, een onvriendelijke en slecht georganiseerde zaak.

Positieve ervaring: The receptionist was friendly. The place was nice and clean. Went there only for a check up so they were really quick, there wasn't much interaction between the dentist and me.

Fantastische ervaring: Excellent service, I broke my front tooth and they were able to provide me with a quick appointment in two days, I got treated by dr. Stephanie, which was a great pleasure, she treated me with meticulous care, provided an excellent temporary crowns that nobody around me noticed a difference, until it was completely recovered within around three weeks, and she paid a lot of attention to details so I had seamless results, and the colour match was close to perfect.

The experience was horrible, and I received dental services in six countries before, but this one was the worst ever. When I arrived the hygienist asked me "where are you from?", Then after that answer she started treating me like if I was in in a prison at a dictator regime. When I tried to spit the blood I had in my mouth she rejected to let me use the dental drain, and she was saying no like if I was a criminal, very rude way. Then she forced me to soallow the dirty blood for two times, but when we finished she tried to do the same for the third time but when I rejected to do that, she has given me a cartoon cup (without water) and asked me to spit the blood in that cup. She didn't even allowed me to wash my mouth and I left smashing the dirts/germs with my tooth because I wasn't been able to wash my mouth. After we finished that strange experience, I asked her if she will put any floried or any more care to the gum, she said "no, not necessary" despite I do this gum hygiene every six months and I know how the process goes. Especially If you are coming from a different background I don't advise you to visit this clinic at all. Again, I appreciate the lady at the reception who called next day to hear from me why I left with a shocked face and she asked to give them a second chance. However, my only advice to them is to avoid hiring racist individuals.

I really hope others see my message before they go there. - price 90e for a simple control ->was not as indicated on internet (iamexpat) Then the young dentist took blurry xray pictures and told be I had had a cavity in my tooth that she could fix right away for more than 200euros. I didn't see anything on the xray picture and I didn't beleive her. So I went to an other more experienced dentist who told me I had nothing. A few months later I double check with other xray and indeed my teeth were perfectly healty.

Fantastische ervaring: In 2022 I had a crown lengthening procedure done by the periodontist Kosmidis as well as two veneers and I’m very happy with the result. I was initially very scared of the procedure but it wasn’t painful and the periodontist and the nurse were very accommodating and compassionate.

Negatieve ervaring: I recently visited this dental clinic for a professional teeth cleaning, and the very next day, I noticed a sharp edge on one of my teeth – they had accidentally chipped off a small portion of a filling. I contacted the reception, and they scheduled a brief appointment for me. However, the scheduling was poorly managed as I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a 5-10 minute appointment. When I finally got in, they attempted to smooth the sharp edge but failed to do so. They tried to reassure me that everything was fine and the filling is okay. They offered to replace the filling in the future if it continues to bother me. Needless to say, I did not have any trust in them at this point. They made a serious mistake and did nothing to properly address or even acknowledge it properly (no apologies, nothing). The customer service was unfriendly, their technical expertise was lacking. Positive reviews convinced me to visit this clinic, but upon discovering that they offer 50 euros for a review, it all began to fall into place. The practice of paying for Google reviews is unacceptable, as it is unfair to those who earn their reviews honestly and it misleads potential customers. Overall, my experience with this dental clinic was disappointing.

Fantastische ervaring: Prima praktijk! Ik kom er al vanaf het begin dat ze openden toen de praktijk van Jan Willem Vaartjes ernaartoe verhuisde uit de Boomstraat. Ik ben gevolgd en altijd gebleven omdat ik zo tevreden ben; ook nu ik een stuk verder weg verhuisde. Afspraken maken gaat heel flexibel en goed, kosten ed zijn zeer helder en duidelijk.

Fantastische ervaring: Mooie zaak en lieve tandartsen. Ben heel snel geholpen en konden mij ook behandelen met spoed.
